Exponential‐e joins forces with at‐visions to become hospitality’s one‐stop digital shop

Exponential-e has partnered with at‐visions, the specialist global provider of Guest‐Facing Technology for the hospitality and leisure industry, to form the one‐stop shop for all hospitality technology requirements under a single, fully managed, service umbrella.
Exponential‐e will enhance the performance and network access of at‐visions' unified platform services and Guest‐Facing Technology solutions by supporting across all key areas; networking, Wi‐Fi and LAN. at‐visions' offerings, including mobile applications platforms, digital signage and in‐room entertainment facilities, such as IPTV, will be integrated into the Exponential‐e product portfolio and underpinned by Exponential‐e's 100GigE fibre core network.
The partnership will provide clients with tailored solutions to meet both business and leisure guest expectations, with the flexibility to add further applications as and when required. This, alongside the ability to distribute marketing content from a centralised location - allowing operators to deliver content changes to multiple sites at once - enables the creation of additional revenue streams. There will be a single point of contact for all support and account management queries, streamlining and optimising business operations.
Lee Wade, CEO of Exponential‐e commented:
"We are delighted to be working with at‐visions. Hospitality is an infamously hectic industry, so it can be easy to consider connectivity as an afterthought. A lot of investment goes into the aesthetics, but often the infrastructure doesn't provide sufficient access points or enough bandwidth to support the consistent digital activity. This really impacts guest satisfaction as operators are increasingly forced to prioritise their own vital SaaS apps and further digital requirements over customers' desire to stream or use other bandwidth‐hungry solutions. Working together, we can provide the solutions to enhance accessibility and ensure guest satisfaction."
Harnessing the capabilities of Exponential‐e and at‐visions delivers great value and reliability to operators. Hospitality venues can run an entire secure network from a single fibre connection, with the ability to then split circuits via secure VLANs. This means the capacity of the singular connection can be divided between internet and Exponential‐e's other services, including WAN, hosted telephony and cloud. Access to third party cloud provisions, such as AWS and Azure, is also seamless. Not only does this greatly reduce infrastructure costs and form a building block for further digital services, but it also centralises activity, simplifying network management and reducing day‐to‐day technical issues.
Florian Ziegler, CCO of at-visions added:
"Our partnership is the perfect mixture for hospitality operators and their customers. Combining our services with Exponential‐e's robust and reliable network and UC infrastructure, bolstered by its dedicated team of expert analysts, will enable us to deliver industry‐ leading services that will drive customer satisfaction. By nature, seamless technology creates better experiences, which means superior guest satisfaction - and, in turn, more revenue for hard‐working hospitality staff".
