8x8, Poly partner in CloudFuel alliance to target ScanSource resellers
The enterprise communications specialists 8x8, Poly and ScanSource announced a new alliance called CloudFuel to help companies move from legacy on-premises systems to cloud-based communication services. The joint global programme for the VAR channel is planned to launch in December.
The offer combines UCaaS and CCaaS systems from 8x8, equipment from Poly and financial incentives for ScanSource resellers, who will deliver the services to end customers. The companies will invest in joint marketing development, equipment buyback programs, special incentives, and migration tools to accelerate the transition to the cloud.
The CloudFuel programme will be offered through the ScanSource network of more than 35,000 resellers, which count direct relationships to hundreds of thousands of customers across the globe. It will include the full range of 8x8 X Series and standalone products, as well as incentives on Poly equipment, including highly favourable leasing terms, pricing and a buyback program for current on-premises equipment.
