Secureworks Magic Quadrant Leader for Security Services
Secureworks, a global cybersecurity company, has this week announced it has been positioned by Gartner in the Leaders quadrant of the Gartner Magic Quadrant for Managed Security Services, Worldwide.
Secureworks is placed furthest for completeness of vision and highest for the ability to execute out of all 14 vendors in the Gartner assessment.
“We believe that our position in the Leaders quadrant reflects our commitment to protect our customers,” says Secureworks president and CEO Mike Cote.
“By focusing on continuous innovation, threat intelligence and exceptional service delivery, we help customers simplify security operations and achieve a powerful defence.”
This is the 11th time Secureworks has been positioned as a Leader in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for Managed Security Services, Worldwide.
Secureworks continues to evolve its Managed Security Services (MSS) offerings, most recently with the integration of security orchestration and automation to reduce operations workload and help analysts act quickly to contain and eradicate threats.
The company has also introduced flexible pricing models for cohesive solutions such as Managed Detection and Response (MDR).
A Detect and Prevent solution for smaller businesses offers the same pricing flexibility.
Secureworks’ incident response retainer can be used for both proactive and emergency services, an example of the company’s holistic approach to security.
Secureworks also gives customers the tools to customize their experience with capabilities like self-service provisioning that allow for control over the scope of security monitoring, while the organization’s Security Maturity Model helps customers set realistic goals for their own risk profile, identify the right solutions and measure improvement in their operations capabilities.
For enterprises who have the appetite and resources to do more on their own, Secureworks can also help them segue from managed services to software.
