A reshuffle is brewing as NTT Security, NTT Communications and Dimension Data merge, revealing a new brand for the operating company called NTT.

This umbrella entity will bring together the services of the three, as well as associated affiliates to establish NTT as a global technology services provider.

The new global operating company will bring together over 20 companies with combined revenues of $11bn, comprising 40,000 people in 57 countries across five continents.

The company revealed that this will strengthen its offerings by combining the capabilities of its group companies – from services through to delivery.

NTT will be headquartered in London, and led by Jason Goodall as CEO, who is currently CEO for Dimension Data.

From 1st July 2019, the three companies will become one under the NTT name; however, the Dimension Data brand will be retained in the Middle East & Africa.

Businesses currently operating as Dimension Data in Japan, will form part of its sister company, NTT Communications, under NTT Inc.
