8x8 scoops Frost & Sullivan award
8x8's cloud technology platform that combines UCaaS and CCaaS capabilities has been recognised by Frost & Sullivan which awarded the US-based comms provider its 2018 North American Integrated CCaaS and UCaaS Competitive Strategy Innovation and Leadership gong.
"8x8's portfolio structure has evolved from a primary focus on cloud-based communications solutions to address shifting customer demand for a full suite of contact centre capabilities," said Robert Arnold, principal analyst at Frost & Sullivan.
“The company’s enhanced portfolio and streamlined go-to-market strategy encompass the more sophisticated communications and contact centre needs of mid-market and enterprise environments."
This year 8x8 launched X Series, which helps businesses transform their customer and employee experience with one system of engagement across voice, video, collaboration and contact centre, and one system of intelligence on a single cloud-based technology platform.
Vik Verma, CEO at 8x8, stated: “Siloed business communications lead to lost revenues from a variety of inefficiencies, including issues with cross-department employee communications and poor customer service interactions.
“8x8 is focused on harnessing the collective wisdom of an organisation in order to deliver superior customer experiences and drive revenue as a result.”
