People using Wiki to google Unified communications has increased over the past year.
Licensing giant SoftwareONE has launched its unified communications (UC) managed services in the UK.
The Swiss firm launched UCSimple in the US, Germany, Switzerland and Austria last year claiming that many traditional UC tools are not effective, given that the amount of employees working remotely is set to increase over the next few years.
Sean Nicholson, global director of technology services at SoftwareONE, said: "At SoftwareONE, our goal is to help each individual, team, group and department improve their efficiency by enabling them to communicate and collaborate as effectively as possible.
"We help establish a future workplace strategy to meet the new business needs, transforming the way in which people work."
SoftwareONE said that UCSimple gives organisation a "holistic" solution for planning, implementation and management of communication and collaboration.
According to the firm's website, customers include Deloitte and healthcare giant Hartmann.
The offering is set to be rolled out to further markets, including Brazil and Singapore, over the coming months.
