Telecoms Engineer is required to join a global Services provider and coordinate with our clients Network and Customer Operations departments.

The main responsibilities include:

• Revise and improve proposed test plans for testing migrated services
• Identify service specificities and propose tests that assure service continuity after migration
• Check that service inventory is correct and compliant with standard provisioning rules
• Check that migration test plans have been executed successfully

Coordinar las notificaciones de los trabajos programados con los clientes en función de las planificaciones acordadas con departamentos de Redes y Operaciones.

Comprobar la correcta monitorización de los servicios, inclusión en los gestores, filtros y herramientas necesarias.

Realizar informes periódicos del avance del proyecto de migración (periodicidad prevista : semanal).

En el caso de ocurrir anomalías en el proceso de migración notificarlas y coordinar con las áreas operativas el restablecimiento del servicio en las condiciones óptimas previas a la migración.

Telecoms Engineer MUST be fluent in Spanish & English and have technical data product knowledge in telecom enterprise managed services: Internet access, IP-VPN, Ethernet.

You will also require experience:

• In designing and running Enterprise Services test plans
• In Managing Enterprise Services inventories
• In network deployments for enterprise services (aggregation routers Pes, Customer Equipment)

Bachelor degree in Telecommunication Engineering will be preferred for this position and Juniper certifications will be a plus.
