Our client who is a leading IT Security Consultancy is looking for a Sales Director to lead a team of five sales individuals. As a Sales Director you will be responsible ensuring personal and team targets are achieved quarterly and annually.
You will also have the ability to understand customer requirements and have a consultative sales approach whilst ensuring all relevant services are discussed with the client.
Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience leading a team with a European remit.
- Track record of personal as well as team sales success
- Experience selling to end users within the enterprise market, Manufacturing, Banking or Insurance would be beneficial.
- Ideally have a services background (MSP or Consultancy)
- Consultative sales approach
