Our client is leading provider of secure and efficient data centers, they are currently looking for a Project Co-Ordinator to administer and organize all types of projects.
 
As a Project Co-Ordinator you will be responsible for working closely with a Project Manager to prepare action plans, which will include; resources, timeframes and budgets for projects. 
 
Responsibilities: 
· Analyze risks and opportunities 
· Incident management 
· Oversee project procurement management
· Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information 
· Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes 
· Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives 
· Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management 
· Make sure that clients’ needs are met as projects evolve
· Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
· Work with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers
· Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
 
Skills and Experience:
· Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role  
· Experience in project management, from conception to delivery 
· An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans
· Hands-on experience with project management tools
· Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control
