DCL are working on behalf of a Niche service provider based in Hertfordshire who are on the look out Policy Manager.
The Policy Manager will be responsible for managing all internal certifications (e.g. ISO), GDPR and other internal procedures within the business.
The Policy Manager will be responsible for a team and the development of that team.
Other responsibilities for this Policy Manager role include:
- Performance updates to senior management
- Internal awareness training
- Making sure other processes such as Health & Safety are updated and implemented across the business (UK & Europe)
- Internal Auditing
Experience Needed:
- Expert in ISO (9001, 14001, 27001 etc.)
- Other certification experience (implementing, auditing etc.) with policies such as GDPR etc.
- Proven experience developing and maintaining internal policies and procedures.
- Current experience within a Policy Manager role within a IT service provider environment.
