DCL are currenly working on behalf of a niche data centre provider who are on the look out for a Legal Contract Manager in London.

This role will be responsible for ensuring the provision of high level legal advice and guidance is provided to engender a culture of partnership between the legal team and our clients business, the legal team is commercially focused and is regarded as a trusted adviser, providing pragmatic and commercially astute solutions to enable business plans to be compliant and to develop a culture where risk is understood.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years previous experience of contracts drafting, administration, review and negotiation
• Knowledge of contract law, intellectual property and general commercial law ideally with in-house experience in a similar business environment
• Good knowledge on the construction, renovation, facility management, property management and project management industry and their practice
• Commercially astute
• General knowledge of government laws and regulations surrounding the Company business
