A Global Telecommunications business are currently looking for a Lead Voice Shift Engineer in Barcelona
The Lead Voice Engineer will be responsible for 1st – 2nd Line support / Incident handling troubleshooting and solving for our client’s customers.
Requirements
- Current / Recent experience within an IT Services / Telecommunications business would be extremely beneficial.
- Current hands-on experience on VoIP protocols such as SIP/SDP/RTP.
- Vendor Experience including a mixture of; Nortel, Siemens, Alcatel etc.
- Excellent understanding of PBX systems.
- Fluent English (Written & Spoken) is a MUST.
- Take part in a shift / on call as required
