A Global Telecommunications business are currently looking for a German speaking Lead Voice Engineer in Barcelona

The Lead Voice Engineer will be responsible for 1^st – 2^nd Line support / Incident handling troubleshooting and solving for our client’s customers.

Requirements

• Fluent German & English speaking is a MUST.
• Current / Recent experience within an IT Services / Telecommunications business would be extremely beneficial.
• Vendor Experience including a mixture of; Nortel, Siemens, Alcatel etc.
• Current Experience supporting technology such as; VoIP Telephony, DMS, PBX over ISDN/TDM etc.
