The IT Cyber Security Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for:

• Identifying, qualifying and approaching passive cyber security candidates through numerous methods and guiding them through the recruitment process.
• Winning new business/ developing existing relationships
• Achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Self-managing daily tasks to make sure that you will be as successful as possible
• Having a structured approach with a solution selling ability as the sales cycles are not as quick.

What we are looking for:

• Previous & Successful B2B / Business to Business Sales/Recruitment experience within the Cyber Security Industry.
• Excellent telephone manner
• Professional, fast-paced, driven and ambitious
• Mature and honest and a passion to succeed
• Commutable to Beckenham
