A great opportunity for an experienced support Engineer with IAM experience, to join a rapidly growing Managed Services team,
As Managed Service Engineers you will provide technical customer support to complex identity and access management solutions.
You will be a key contributor to a high-performance culture and team that is focused on delivering success for its customers.
Within the environment, you will get to work on multiple support queries and you must be able and enjoy working on several complex activities simultaneously with the ability to switch focus/priorities appropriately
As well as reactive work, you will also be involved in proactive work such as anticipating issues with service performance and advising the customer and proposing solutions
We are looking for someone with previous support experience who has experience with
Oauth / OpenID standards knowledge and experience in any IAM product
SAML knowledge and experience
Linux Server Administration experience
