Head of Professional Services and Project Management is needed to manage a team of professional service engineers, project managers and 3^rd party contractors in a technically led business that specialises within the UC, Data Centre, Cloud and Security market.

It is a key requirement that the Head of Professional Services has a technical background, not only because of the customer facing interaction, but also to ensure the person has the technical respect of the delivery teams.

Head of Professional Services and Project Management must have experience operationally managing, growing and developing a team of processional service engineers and project managers. This includes but is not limited to; resource management, utilisation, training, maintenance of certifications, being client facing, an escalation point etc.

A critical part of this KEY HIRE is to be an internal stakeholder to the sales / presales team. Specifically being the key influencer / gatekeeper of the delivery resource ensuring that the sales teams are kept within scope and capability.

Anyone from an Infrastructure, UC and or services background would be highly desirable.

Specific technology experience around Networking, Cloud, UC, Security. CISCO, Juniper, Microsoft, AWS.
