As the Head of Channel, you are responsible for providing leadership, direction and support to this Channel Sales team as well as direct contribution.
You will need to execute our client’s go-to-market strategy with a regional focus and work closely with internal resources to meet and exceed company expectations
You’ll inherit a team of Channel Managers each focused on a different EMEA territory and responsibility for building new/existing resellers partner relationships across Europe.
Ultimately you’ll drive and grow sales performance within the indirect channel, looking at ways to meet and exceed profit targets through positive and effective team and partner management.
You are a positive, energetic and driven sales leader, with a successful track record of driving field based sales teams to success.
We require someone with at least 10 years’ experience within the telecoms or storage sector, and detailed appreciate of Channel / Indirect landscape.
Also you will need Strong leadership ability and the ability to think strategically and anticipate future trends, needs and expectations
As the team is based across Europe, you’ll be comfortable with regular traveller.
