Security Escalation Support Engineer needed to join a rapidly expanding security vendor based in the South East of England.
The role will mainly consist of solving a range of issues reported in by customers and internal stakeholders within the business.
Not one day will be the same as the issues raised are constantly evolving and changing.
The ideal candidate would be able to display a strong working understanding of things such as; Active Directory, Networking, IDaaS.
A meticulous eye for detail will be hugely advantageous as you would be required to write, understand and troubleshoot all forms of Python code to assist resolve ticket based issues.
This role as a Security Escalation Support Engineer will be a great fit for someone looking to progress their career into the Cyber Security space, and learn all there is to know within the Identity & Access management field.
