A market leading managed hosting company are looking for a Data Centre Support Engineer to join their growing team
The successful applicant will provide support to clients in regards to any networking or hardware problems while also being hands on in regards to Data Centre layouts and cabling.
- Customer Service experience in a similar role within a Data Centre.
- Experience working as remote hands support.
- Excellent knowledge of Data Centre infrastructure and hardware, i.e Racking, Stacking, Cabling . Builds / Swapouts, Servers and Power.
- Background knowledge of networking concepts and troubleshooting.
This role will require you to complete 12 hour shifts following the continental pattern. 4 days on and 4 days off, alternating between days and nights.
