2nd line Support Engineer, Leeds

A 2nd line Support Engineer is needed for a global outsourcing company in the Leeds area. 

The 2nd line Support Engineer will be responsible for providing high-quality customer services and technical support (troubleshoot, maintenance, escalations, ticket handling etc.) on desktop, laptop, network, infrastructure, hardware and software technology.

Must have strong knowledge of supporting technology such as; Cisco, Microsoft Windows, Apple, Active Directory and Azure. 

Personal development and excellent upskill training provided. 

Candidates must be commutable to Leeds. Unfortunately, Non-EU candidates can't be provided sponsorship for this opportunity.
