Head of Contract Recruitment/Interim Practice

This is a rare opportunity to take a senior role in an established Permanent Recruitment Player with desire to grow their business into a number of new channels

We seek an experienced contract recruiter who wishes to drive forward our ambitious plans to grow our Contracting/Interim Business Unit.

Reporting directly to the MD you will be empowered to develop the Contracting Practice into a profitable business. Your will be tasked to recruit, grow, mentor and develop the practice while taking a hands on role in taking your proposition to our extensive client base.

The right candidate will be a proven achiever who has a track record that makes them feel they really are one of the best in the industry.

Recruitment Consultant x3

We have moved our headoffice to Beckenham near Bromley.

Having recently invested in state of the art IT systems and recruitment database and moved into our new headoffice, we are currently in the position to take on 3 new consultants.

We have been established for over 10 years and are known as specialist and not generalist in our chosen skills areas. These new consultants will join our TSS teams which work with the overflow from our headhunting divisions. What this means to you is that your candidates are often exclusive too you and no other agency.

We are currently looking for experienced recruitment consultants to join a team who are rewarded with one of the best uncapped commission schemes in the industry rising to 40%

We are looking to hear from both experienced IT recruitment consultants and resourcers that are frustrated at the lack of progression. .
