Unified Communications
A unified communications system generally enables a company to use integrated data, video, and voice in one supported product. Due to the diverse and broad range of technologies and applications that normally have to be integrated, implemented and supported in order to achieve a single communications platform capable of working as one entity, this is often a complex undertaking requiring high calibre personnel.
DCL has been helping companies who are converging their telephony and data networks for over eight years. As well as IP Telephony, DCL also specialises in recruitment in the contact/call centre space and provides skills in areas such as Computer Telephony Integration (CTI), Interactive Voice Response (IVR) and Automatic Call Distributor (ACD). In recent years, DCL’s scope in this area has expanded to include technologies surrounding Video Conferencing and TelePresence.
DCL works in partnership with Cisco, Mitel, Avaya, Juniper and Microsoft resellers helping them identify the key talent required to build and strengthen their Unified Communications practices. We recruit at all levels from support through to management, including both technical pre and post sales personnel ranging from sales associates through to sales directors.
