Key Skills: Avaya, ACM, Avaya Communication Manager, Contact Centre, Aura, CMS, AES, Dialler, IVR, ACD, AIC, AACC, CCE, Verint.

Avaya Solutions Architect required by major systems integrator to work with some of their most prestigious blue chip clients.

This high profile role will see the successful candidates working with a variety of large enterprise customers to understand there business needs, designing complex Contact Centre and IP Telephony solutions, working on consultancy engagements and working closely with the sales department to help define the Avaya new business sales strategy.

Candidates will have a proven track record of performing a senior pre-sales or solutions architecture role and will have worked on a variety of Avaya based Contact Centre or IPT solutions involving Communication Manager, Modular Messaging, Interaction Centre, ACD, IVR, CMS, Voicemail, IP Operator Consoles.

Candidates will ideally be either APDS, APSS, ACE or ACS accredited.
