This high profile role is the most senior support position within this Cisco Gold Partner who specialise in Unified Communications and Contact Centre Solutions.
As an applicant for this position you must be CCIE accredited (ideally in voice however candidates with CCIE routing and switching or security will also be considered) and have extensive experience in working with Cisco Call Manager and its related applications. You will get the opportunity to work on the most complex UC focused escalations from the organisation’s most prestigious clients. There is also a requirement for the TAC Consultant to act as a deputy for the TAC Manager and play an active part in mentoring and training other engineers.
Some experience of Wireless or Security would be advantageous, as would a basic understanding of SQL.
