This growing Cisco Gold Partner who specialise in unified communications and contact center solutions have an opening for somebody to join and head up their Unified Communications Business Practice.
Reporting into the board this position will see the successful candidate having full P&L responsibility for the UC Business unit, directly managing the professional services and presales consultants and working with the vendors to help define product strategy.
Candidates will have proven experience of managing at least one of the following functions – Presales, Marketing or Engineering/Services and must have experience of reporting into director or C level executives. Candidates must have had experience of successfully running a P&L account and will have a demonstrable track record of where they have managed and grown teams of individuals in a high pressure environment. Candidates will have worked in the communications/IT space in their most recent position and will ideally have an appreciation of UC/VOIP/Contact Center technologies.
