My client, an international information Security vendor, are seeking to add a 1st Line Technical Support Analyst to join their technical support team.
You will be working as part of a team that provide first level technical support to UK clients of the hosted security services covering technologies including Mail, Web and Infrastructure products within an ITIL framework.
Candidates must have specific knowledge of supporting Microsoft Exchange Server 2003, Microsoft ISA Server, Novell Netware and Linux environments.
Exceptional communication skills are a perquisite.
Duties of the role will require a candidate to support queries, log various instances using relevant ticketing systems, record activities and escalate any issues further.
Prior commercial IT Security experience would be an advantage.
