This successful network systems integrator have an opening for a Business Consultant with a particular focus on Unified Communications.
This high profile role will see the successful candidate working closely with the organisation's most prestigious clients to understand their business plans and what they are looking to achieve and help them realise their ambitions and goals through the use of unified communicatins technology.
Candidates must have worked in a strategic, customer focussed, business consultancy role within the field of Unified Communications or contact centre. Candidates will be used to working at c-level and will be able to demonstrate where they have worked with senior executives to help define their technology roadmap and make suggestions on how specific UC technologies will benefit them and their businesses. Candidates must be bale to talk ROI (both TCO and softer benefits - increased productivity etc). Candidates will ideally have a decent understanding of the functionalities and benefits of using Cisco or Micorosoft UC technology, however candidates will be considered who have made recomendations based on other types of UC kit. |
