I’m currently working with a global consultancy who are looking to enhance their IT Assurance team by bringing in strong candidates with experience in Financial Consolidation Systems and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM).
In joining this team you will be part of a unique client proposition in an exciting growth area, where you will provide assurance and insight regarding consolidated reporting and associated financial systems.
Helping the clients understand and challenge the extent to which their company’s systems assist or inhibit their strategies to generate value.
You will learn how IT can assist clients to achieve holistic corporate reporting, which could include anything from the financial statements through Business Intelligence (BI), profitability analysis, budgeting and forecasting, strategic finance, sustainability/non-financial reporting etc.
If you are interested in this opportunity you will need to have:
• Knowledge of or experience with financial consolidation system(s) (e.g. Hyperion, Cognos, SAP BCS, Cartesis etc)
• Strong skills in IT General Controls
• Understanding of accounting and ability to integrate effectively systems and controls work into audits
• Experience in evaluating and performing risk assessments at a task and organisation level
• Process and controls experience including planning, delivering and reviewing a diverse range of assignments |
