Industry leading systems integrator and Cisco Gold Partner are looking for an experienced senior Security TAC engineer to join their growing department.
The opportunity: To provide 3rd level TAC support to the top 100 clients, predominately office based role with occasional client visits. Activities will include; identifying, diagnosing, troubleshooting, monitoring and resolving faults/ escalation on complex solutions. In addition, acting as subject matter expert on complex installations, supporting the sales function by assisting in the response of bids and ITTs etc.
Must be able to achieve SC security clearance.
Prerequisite security vendor experience: Cisco, Check Point and Juniper. Candidates must be certified to CCSP and CCSE level.
Candidates must have hands on experience with the following: Cisco Router IOS (ISR) and Catalyst Switch security, ASA, secure VPN connectivity, IPS, Cisco Security Agent (CSA), Security Enterprise and Device Management, Network Admission Control (NAC).
