You will not manage the team but the Sales process and the metholdogies, you will be a real driver of change.
This brand new position will report to the MD of this leading Services Company.
You will be responsibe for driving change in process, systems, CRM, Methodolgies and account planning for a sales force of over 150
The candidate will have come from a large SI where they have manage to introduce cross selling in a structured fashion
You would have introduced a sales recognised Sales methodologies into your company and be able to demonstrate where the revenue has significantly benefited from it.
You will be a very process driven and be able to demonstrate where you have improved Sales Process and culture for a significant IT services company.
You will have experience of working in a complex structured organisation where there are a number of different functions and are driven by different Sales Director.
Mapping and assessing the existing processes and structure within the organisation will be one of your first tasks.
Candidates must have worked for a leading IT services player in a senior capacity.
This will be an extremely challenging position but hugely rewarding for the right person. |
