This growing systems integrator who specialise in contact center solutions have an opening for an experienced an experience voice recording specialist to join them.
This position will see the successful candidate working on a number of high profile and sometimes international projects, designing and implementing voice recording solutions for their most prestigious contact center clients.
Candidates must have proven experience of supporting or installing NICE or Verint / Witness voice recording applications
Any experience Avaya or Cisco IPT would also be of interest.
With fantastic opportunities for cross-training in a variety of different IPT systems and the stability that comes with working for a well established, growing company if you’re an experienced Cisco IPT Engineer this is not to be missed.
This is a home based role and candidates will be considered from all over the UK. |
