IT Recruitment Consultants/Senior Recruitment Consultants (Perm)

We are an established IT recruitment company who operates within a number of core areas including, IT Security, Telecoms, Unified Communications, IT Outsourcing, ERP and IT Audit & Risk. Over the past 20 years we have developed and strengthened our relationships with clients and candidates within these sectors and now we are looking for experienced recruiters that can help us develop on our success.

We are looking for recruiters who have a business development background in one of our core markets, who can work with our client base and develop the relationships further. You will be responsible for developing existing accounts whilst also chasing new logo business.

You will enjoy one of the best incentive packages in the industry where the commission can rise up to 40% and quarterly bonuses that go up to £10,000.

If you are driven to achieve and you have the skills and experience there can be few companies that have the set up and support to ensure you deliver.

We are looking for recruiters who can become Managers within the next 18 months and Directors within the next 3 years.

Salary: OTE up to £65,000 -£70,000

You will have a strong recruitment background where you have been a successful contract recruiter and have the skills to deliver and grow within business.  Your earning potentiality will be hard to be matched anywhere else.

We have an outstanding database of candidates and solid client relationships that have been developed over our nearly 20 years.

We are looking for experienced contract recruiters who want to leverage these relationships to their advantage.

The ideal candidate will a have strong track record and have aspirations and desire to become part of the management team within the next 18 months and look to grow a team around them.

Salary: Excellent commission structure up to 20% of gross margin paid no threshold

Sales Executive – Cross train into Recruitment


We are looking for successfully B2B sales people, who are seeking a new challenge and who wish to cross train into IT recruitment. 

We have an outstanding client base, database, team, systems and processes.

We operate within a number of core areas including, IT security, Telecoms, Unified Communication, IT Outsourcing, ERP and IT Audit and Risk, and over the past 20 years we have developed and strengthened our relationships with clients and candidates within these sectors.

We are now looking to take the business to the next level and are looking for experienced sales executive who feel they have the determination to help us achieve this.

We will train you in the skills of recruitment and give you access to clients and candidates within a give sector where you will have the ability to grow your own desk.

There is a steep learning curve where you will be expected to adopt a resilient attitude and desire to break down the obstacles you come up against, you will be expected to make a lot of out bound cold calls, but there are large rewards for the successful candidates not just monetary but in career progression.

Salary:  OTE  £45,000 -£50,000
